What We Long For (in development)
extended cinema exhibition

Featuring an informal archive of cassette tape recordings from overseas Filipino workers and their
families back home from the 1980s and 1990s. These tapes were sent between family members to bridge the distance through communication. But beneath these recordings lie the emotional struggles, hopes and dreams of every individual, a longing for something that is beyond them.

Currently exploring how the visual medium, sound and space can interplay through an exhibition.
Initially presented at Objectifs Centre for Photography and Film in 2025.
